:clapping: PLEASE tell me someone has a video or audio of 'Your Little Secret'!!! :) I absolutely love that song...I probably would have passed out from excitement if she had played it in Clearwater. Sounds Like a great setlist. I hope everyone had a spectacular time! (But yet again, how can you not?)

I have seen Melissa every year in the Boston area (not Cape though). Even at the Boston Garden. I thought last night was her best performance ever..her voice sounded great..the notes she hits are unbelievable and the band played fabulous together..usually during cocnerts I can get bored when the bands go into extended instrumentals.. but every one MLE and her band did were unique and incredible.. I loved the group drum section and Philip and Melissa playing around with their guitars..

The only thing that could have made it better was if melissa was here on june 17 my birthday..
That would be my dream concert.. 1st row on my birthday Melissa concert!

Maybe next year!
Keep rockin Melissa ..somehow you get better and better!

OMG....lucky timing. I waited with a few other fans outside the venue when I saw the tour buses arriving and Melissa and Tammy came off the bus with the twins. Got an autograph....I am beside myself. I only had a bank receipt in my pocket so that is what she signed. I am without words.. I wish I had been able to say how much her music means to me and how I could not have ever come out to my family without her...but that all feels too much..so I told her what a great show she did last night..and left it at that. I can not believe that I just met her. WOW!

Everyone jams! Guitar jam w/Melissa, Philip and Mark. Everyone on drums. Band messes with the music.

What an amazing experience it is to be in her presence. I feel so lucky to live in her era. I can't imagine the music industry without her. Her songs are so deep, full of inspiration ,and powerful messages. She gets so intimate with her audience that she almost makes you forget that she is a celebrity. (Ok I sound like a stalker I know. I assure all of you that I am not. ) I am just infatuated with her mind and her talent and all that she stands for. She uses her celebrity to radiate such good ,peaceful ,important messages and I am awed by her. I was so moved I had to be one of those fans that ran to the stage to touch her ( I never thought I would be one of those people) I left the Lowell concert on Friday having held her hand (for the longest thirty seconds of my life) and I was filled with such emotion. I truly felt connected to her and her message. It is just amazing I can't even explain the full extent of the emotion ....she moved me.....I AM AWAKE! I can't wait to experience it all over again next summer. Thank you Melissa and God bless you and your family.

This last post expresses everything I would want to say. I don't care if I ever touch her hand or get a guitar pic but I love her music and her thinking and how she expresses her self. I listen to a lot of music including classical and she is the most musical of all the rockers out there. And she gives you a live performance that no one else can even come close to. Straight...no breast cancer...strong envrionmentalist and equal rights person. S B

The show on the 18th in Lowell was amazing. That was the third time I saw her play there and every time she plays, she gets better and better. The Lowell Auditorium is so chill, which completely matched her style. Her voice and wisdom only improves with time. Maybe I'm biased.....as a social worker who works with women with cancer. Her stage performance and resiliency moved me. Somebody bring me some water!

I just saw the travel package pictures (http://www.melissaetheridge.com/tour/tp_pix/boston/), & only saw 1 small group shot w/ Melissa. Did everyone get a picture w/ her? I'm a tad jealous that ya'll got to write on the flags, & they got a few shots of ya'll talking to her. It looks like ya'll had an amazing time, please don't forget to share all the goodies here: http://digest.fanasylum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=172 :wheee!:
